The Vision
Mrs. Tucker's vision is to create the ultimate launchpad for bold, game-changing leaders, rewriting the rules of success and driving the next wave of change.
Mrs. Kathryn M. Tucker is a visionary faith-based leader who unapologetically challenges the status quo. As an Executive, Entrepreneur, Speaker, Law Student, and Community Advocate, she has encountered the constraints society often imposes on leaders. Frequently asked how she manages her diverse pursuits, #Boundless was born from this curiosity. Mrs. Tucker has pushed her own boundaries, discovering that we are truly limitless beings capable of achieving whatever we dare to dream. She founded Boundless to dispel the myth that our potential and passions have limits—because they don’t. Her mission is to awaken the #BoundlessLeader in everyone she mentors, teaches, and inspires. In turn, these connections fuel her own journey and inspire her to keep pushing forward.
Mrs. Tucker began her career in the banking industry nearly 15 years ago, advancing from banker to manager, then Senior VP, and ultimately becoming a C-Level Executive at a local Credit Union, where she has led businesses with assets as large as $1.3 billion. Alongside her corporate career, she also served as the CEO of a non-profit organization dedicated to helping marginalized and underserved communities, empowering families to build wealth by becoming first-time homeowners. Understanding the importance of community engagement, Mrs. Tucker has served on various boards, including her current role as Board President for Women of Toledo, a women's economic empowerment organization making significant strides in empowering women globally.
In 2023, Mrs. Tucker and her husband embarked on their entrepreneurial journey together. After nearly 14 years of making wine as a hobby, Mr. Tucker decided to turn his passion into a business following his retirement from law enforcement. The couple founded a wine company called Toledo's Share, named in honor of the city they live in and love. The winery is their way of giving back to the community and sharing the rich stories of Toledo. The grand opening is anticipated for 2025.
Mrs. Tucker has long been a strong advocate for her community, and to amplify her impact, applied to and was accepted into the University of Toledo College of Law in 2020. Driven by a desire to make the world more just, she focused her legal studies on human rights law, international law, and arbitration/mediation. Her studies have provided her with unique opportunities, including traveling to the naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, as an NGO Observer of the 9/11 trials, and serving as a Mediation Supervisor at the International Chamber of Commerce's International Mediation Competition in Paris, France. She plans to continue and expand her work in these areas. Mrs. Tucker is set to graduate from the College of Law in December 2024.
Mrs. Tucker's greatest joy in life is her family—and it's a wonderfully big one! She is happily married to her soulmate, Angel Tucker, and together they have a blended family of six children, with ages ranging from 30 to 3, and two grandchildren. Family is at the core of everything Mrs. Tucker does, and her commitment to creating a better world for her children and children everywhere is a driving force in her life. She often speaks passionately about her desire to leave a legacy of positive change, inspired daily by her children to break down barriers and dream without limits. Their presence fuels her determination to push boundaries, redefine possibilities, and build a brighter future for the next generation.
Mrs. Tucker is an avid reader with a deep passion for non-fiction. If you ask her why, she'll tell you with a smile that truth is often stranger than fiction! After the sudden and tragic loss of her 32-year-old brother in 2022 and her father earlier this year, Mrs. Tucker found herself on an existential journey of reflection.
